Michelle Militello
Vice President of Asset Management
As Vice President of Asset Management, Michelle Militello is responsible for leading the Pennrose asset management team, which is focused on maximizing the financial performance and value of its portfolio of more than 176 assets, comprising over 12,300 units. She is focused on maximizing the financial performance and value of the Pennrose portfolio and is responsible for analyzing, measuring, and reporting on property financial and operating metrics by working closely with the property operations team to improve outcomes.
For the past 10 years, Militello served as Vice President of Tax Credit Equity Investments for Bank of America where she was the senior asset manager responsible for approximately 50 direct LIHTC investments. Her 20-plus years of industry experience also includes roles in community development and portfolio management.
Militello holds a Master of Business Administration from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University.
